How good is the leather and craftsmanship?

By working directly with tanneries around the world and skipping unnecessary intermediaries, we’re able to offer exceptional craftsmanship at a more accessible price.
What if the size isn’t right or doesn’t fit well?
For the best fit, use our sizing guide available on each product page. If you opt for a custom size, we’re confident you’ll get a great fit — in fact, 94% of our customers are happy with their fit right away. And to give you peace of mind, we offer free alterations or remakes until you’re completely satisfied, making your shopping experience worry-free.
What if I’m not happy with how it looks or feels?
You have 60 days to return or exchange your item. If the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll happily alter or remake it until you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and proud wearing one of our jackets.
What if there's a defect in the jacket?
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade jackets and want you to feel the same when wearing them. If there’s ever a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to offer a repair or replacement.
