Customer service at Beeworths was helpful when I had a question before ordering. Pedal assist kicks in smoothly and the motor pulls hard on hills without any jerkiness. Fat tires give a really stable, comfortable ride on gravel and rougher paths. Will be buying from Beeworths again.

Ordered this after a lot of research and glad I did. It arrived mostly pre-assembled, so I was riding within about half an hour of opening the box. Braking feels confident even going downhill fully loaded. Happy to recommend this store and this ebike.
