Customer service at Beeworths was helpful when I had a question before ordering. The battery range easily gets me through my daily commute with charge to spare. It arrived mostly pre-assembled, so I was riding within about half an hour of opening the box. Happy to recommend this store and this ebike.

Delivery was quick and the ebike was well packaged. It arrived mostly pre-assembled, so I was riding within about half an hour of opening the box. Pedal assist kicks in smoothly and the motor pulls hard on hills without any jerkiness. Happy to recommend this store and this ebike.
