- The Queensbrook 9.5 Ft. W x 9.5 Ft. D Vinyl Pergola will not hold the weight of a swing. The maximum weight limit is 150 pounds which would need to be distributed around the pergola, not all in one area.
- Deck and concrete anchors are sold separately
- It can be cut down, but it is recommended to add end caps after cutting to finish it.
