The Automower® 405VE NERA integrates AI-powered vision with infrared obstacle detection to navigate lawns intelligently, identifying and responding to objects whilst protecting wildlife. Dual navigation, combining satellite positioning with AI vision, ensures comprehensive coverage even in areas with poor signal strength. Select from striped, checkerboard, or triangle patterns across 900 m², or opt for the irregular mode’s carpet-like finish on lawns up to 600 m². Night-time operation is fully supported through advanced infrared technology.

Centimetre-level positioning accuracy is achieved through Husqvarna Cloud correction data, delivered at no additional cost via cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity, typically delivering sub-5 cm precision. For properties lacking reliable internet coverage, the optional Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station provides a standalone solution requiring no connectivity whilst achieving superior accuracy of 2–3 cm. This dual-approach system ensures precise navigation regardless of your connectivity infrastructure.
